Elizabeth Evans


A New Jersey native, I spent many happy summers at camp in the Berkshires. For the last 8 years, I was in Big Sur CA working as a chef, Kitchen Administrator & Food Buyer at the Esalen Institute. A year as an AmeriCorps Volunteer/Co-Worker in Camphill Village Copake NY (2005) led me to culinary school (CIA Hyde Park, AOS ’08); and I currently work in hospitality (Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA). My husband and I recently bought a house in Monterey MA and we are happy to be back in the Berkshires.
